Daniel Webber:

Daniel has worked in the residential property sector since 2002 and bought development land and delivered successful developments for The Berkeley Group, Banner Homes, CALA Homes and Legal & General. During this time Daniel progressed to Land and Planning Director and has developed a deep knowledge and understanding of exactly what drives value for land owners and developers and the best route to deliver planning permission. 

 

Operating at boardroom level Daniel has been a part of 2 company buyouts and managed the business restructuring that follows.

John Kennedy: 

John has 35 years of residential development experience focussed initially around Land and Planning and then latterly as Managing Director. John was 10 years at The Berkeley Group having been made Land Director at 28. He was then 20 years at Banner Homes / CALA Homes. Part of the original public to private management buyout team back in 1999 John was a Main Board Director and Group Land Director. In addition John spent the last 10 years as Managing Director of Banner / CALA southern businesses.

Daniel is managing the day to day running of the business and responsible for sourcing new opportunities as well as delivering all land contracts and each sites’ planning promotion and subsequent land sale. John assists the business as its senior advisor and is the main/sole investor to Merrow Wood.
