Lingfield House sits on the edge of the defined Lingfield village settlement. Its sustainable location and proximity to the local facilities make it a fantastic development prospect. Merrow Wood submitted a planning application for a C2 retirement development  of 107 cottages and apartments along with a brand new GP doctors surgery and other community benefits, this was refused by Tandridge and we are in the process of consulting on updated plans.
